Jama Bradley, Ph.D., NPDP, PMP
Product Innovation Educators Partner

Jama has trained organizations and individuals from across the country and the world to help them improve new product development and management practices.   She has conducted workshops and online education courses for the last decade.  Her background includes New Product Development, Project Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership, and Higher Education.  She holds professional certifications for both new product development and project management.   She has spent the last two decades assisting organizations with various unique and innovative project endeavors.   Her new product development, project management and educational experiences have translated well as a consultant and trainer in new product development process and NPDP certification.

Since 1995, Jama has also taught onsite and online college courses in her free time.  As a proponent of life long learning she continues to teach and work in higher education.  Currently she is a faculty member at Colorado State University Global with their Masters of Management program.

In her spare time, Jama claims to be a bad guitarist, a decent cook, and a pretty good parent who loves to hang out with her kids, bike, hike, and camp.

Chad McAllister, Ph.D., NPDP, PMP
Product Innovation Educators Founder

Chad is certified by PDMA as a New Product Development Professional and is licensed to provide NPDP training.  He is also certified by PMI as a Project Management Professional.  He is an experienced product and project manager who has conducted corporate training, workshops and presentations for more than 20 years.  He is an accomplished trainer and educator who maintains partnerships with other product development professionals and universities to continuously improve best practices that increase the economic success of products and organizations. His professional experiences have made him broadly skilled in product development and management, operations management, marketing, sales, information systems, e-commerce, strategy development, market research, requirements engineering, knowledge management, and project management. As a result, he has a holistic perspective of business that few others can offer. His education includes a PhD in Organization and Management, and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering.  Chad also teaches onground and online graduate classes as well as mentors PhD students.

In his spare time Chad enjoys finding great children’s literature for his two kids as well as traveling and camping as his family explores the world.
